Brian Smith, owner of Total Build, LLC has extensive knowledge and experience in construction. His family has been involved in the building and construction industry for generations in the northern VA and DC area. Brian studied at George Mason University and has a B.A. degree in Communications, with focuses in organizational and interpersonal communication. He has extensive experience in project management and insurance restoration, personally estimating and managing upwards of 2,000 different construction and remodeling projects over the last 14 years. Brian has built relationships with his crews and subcontractors over the past decade and is proud of the craftsmanship, loyalty, and relationships within this network.
General Contractor and Owner of Total Build. Brian is committed to focusing on delivering superior craftsmanship with each project while keeping open communication with his customers.

Brian begins training with his father and
his dream of starting his own home contracting
company starts to take shape.
Brian launches his NOVA Home Renovations
Services, which became Total Build and now
serves Loudoun County Virginia and beyond!
