Yes, selectively. We take on whole-home renovations, additions and historic work across Northern Virginia, to the same standard as our custom homes. We’re not a high-volume remodeling company, and we’ll tell you if a project is better suited to someone else.

Houses worth keeping, taken back far enough to do the job properly. What is behind the walls gets the same attention as what you see every day.
Adding to a house is harder than building one. The new work has to answer to what is already there, structurally and visually.
Older homes across Northern Virginia. Keep what gives the house its character, and rebuild everything else to a modern standard.

How we renovate
A renovation runs on the same principles as a custom home. Your non-negotiables first. Then a priced list of what else is possible, and honest numbers on what any change costs before you decide.
